The Decameron Instructions:
You will go to Columbus Park. Enter at the corner of Bayard and Mulberry Street. In the park you shall look for the young blond Russian woman, sitting on a stone, wearing a green dress. She will be there between 12 and 4 pm. Sit by her side and ask her who she was in the future...

Participants were invited to explore Columbus Park's chaotic landscape of locals chatting and playing mahjong, Chinese flute melodies, Tai-Chi and break dancers. Participants had to locate the performer amidst the crowds and initiate contact with her. They closed their eyes and meditated on her words as she spoke of the vicissitudes of hope and time, and instructed them to plant a dream for the future. They wished their dream into a handful of soil and spread the soil somewhere in the city. At the end of this interaction a new set of instructions were given to the participant, so the journey could unfold further...
